Day 14

Today about 71 and sunshine

Hi all,

Today we drive 100 miles South to SEA-TAC right by the airport. Once we got here we took the car back so we would not have to deal with it tomorrow because we fly out at 6:15 am. Someone tagging along ask us what we were driving this trip. It's a black Jeep Cherokee Laredo. On a trip like this you want to sit up high and have 4 wheel drive. Prilly did most of the driving and her complaint was the side mirrors were so big it was hard to see around them.

 

On the way down we decided to take a side trip to Richmond Beach Saltwater Park to get a last whiff of the ocean.

What a perfect day for a walk on the beach.

We saw this welcome statue and said we could do that.

The water is like glass, so clear, would be great diving.

 

Nothing like Florida beaches, drift wood everywhere.

Makes you wish you had a boat.

If you are in Seattle and have some time to kill this is a great getaway.

Coming into Seattle we spot this landmark.

 

We will have one more page tomorrow letting you know we got home safe.
